By default, the organiser defines the data fields that may be shared. These may include:

You remain in control of your information and may choose which data fields are visible to other participants via the Attendee Hub.

Withdrawal of consent
You have the right to modify or withdraw your consent at any time. If you withdraw your consent, your personal data will be removed from the Attendee Hub and the attendee list.
Please note that some participants may already have downloaded your details prior to your withdrawal.

Data retention
Your personal data will remain visible to other participants until you withdraw your consent or until the event platform is taken offline, whichever occurs first.
