Meeting Suites – Accommodation with Private Meeting/Working Space
Are you seeking accommodation that also offers meeting space?
Meeting Suites feature:
- A separate bedroom and living/working area, divided by a connecting door.
- Suitable for overnight accommodation and small private meetings / working sessions (up to ~4-6 people comfortably, depending on layout).
Important notes:
- Classification: Meeting suites are considered standard accommodations (bedrooms) and are not official EPCA meeting rooms..
- They are not listed in the official EPCA meeting room overview.
- No guest badges are issued for booking only a Meeting Suite.
Billing & Minimum Stay:
- Charged per night by the hotel (standard practice).
- A minimum booking duration of five (5) nights (Sunday to Friday) applies. See the options/details table below for each suite type.
Meeting Suite Preference Request
We are now handling requests for Meeting Suites during EPCA's 60th Annual Meeting (5-8 October 2026, Vienna).
To ensure fair distribution, EPCA will review all requests and allocate suites based on various criteria, including the following:
- First: Active members who booked rooms in previous years.
