Sponsorships and options are sold and allocated according to the following criteria:
- Sponsorship Level: Higher levels (e.g., Gold) take precedence over lower levels (e.g., Silver).
- Years of Sponsorship: Long-term sponsors are given priority.
- Delegate Numbers: Sponsors with more delegates registered in previous years are prioritized.
- Timing: Chronological order of submission of the form (first come, first served).
- Approval: Final decisions are subject to EPCA Executive Committee approval.
