EPCA Lounges
The EPCA Lounges are a central networking feature at the Annual Meeting of the European Petrochemical Association (EPCA), designed to provide a comfortable space for registered delegates to connect, hold informal meetings, and enjoy complimentary coffee, water, and sweet and savoury snacks.
There are three EPCA Lounges — one at each of the following hotels: Hilton Vienna Park, Vienna Marriott Hotel, and InterContinental Vienna.

Access Requirements:
Access is strictly reserved for delegates with an official EPCA Annual Meeting Delegate Badge and on a drop-in basis. Please note that guest badges and accompanying persons do not provide entry to the EPCA Lounges.
Features:
Dedicated meeting areas with open seating and a limited number of tables (first-come, first-served), complimentary coffee and water stations, and sweet and savoury snacks during opening hours.
Locations and Operating Hours:
During the 60th Annual Meeting in Vienna the lounges will be available from Monday to Thursday at the following locations and times:
- Hilton Vienna Park – Ground Floor, Grand Park Hall III
- Vienna Marriott Hotel – A section of the Cascade bar
- InterContinental Vienna – A section of the restaurant
- Monday, 5 Oct 2026 12:00–18:00
- Tuesday, 6 Oct 2026 07:00–18:00
- Wednesday, 7 Oct 2026 07:00–18:00
- Thursday, 8 Oct 2026 07:00–16:00
