Meeting Room Rental Priority until 28 February 2026 Gold / Silver sponsors can select one room from the list before 28 February 2026 at our main hotels, aside from their booth space. EPCA is unable to accommodate combined bookings of the listed meeting rooms. Meeting room rental charges are separate and follow the Meeting Room Rental policy. Meeting room allocation is based on your sponsorship category, with Gold sponsors having priority, followed by Silver sponsors. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis and should be selected below. Kindly share your 1st - 2nd - 3rd preference.
